Hi guys:
A quick question on background checks please - in one of my earlier jobs, I didn't have a great relationship with my boss. Long story short, didn't leave in the most friendly fashion, but I got a HR/company stamped reference letter that says something to the effect of - this person left on their own terms etc.
I know that some companies ask candidates to provide references - I don't think I will provide this manager as a reference (if I can choose which / how many references to provide), I can provide those from other jobs. But, with this letter from HR in hand, would I have issues in background checks please?
