Doesn't seem like there's any recent posts regarding the firm - was reached out to by an internal recruiter for an associate position in a North American city that they don't actively market that they operate out of (assume its a new office being established).
With that being said, any insight into comp / culture / hours / etc? FWIW, I'm fairly comfortable in my current role (coverage IB), but found it interesting that they're looking to set up shop in my home city and looking for a role ideally from the coverage group that I'm currently in.

They had an awful 2018, decent 2019, and amazing performance this year. Might be best performing MM so far this year, maybe second.

Still a strong name, I've heard AUM has been steadily dropping for several years now though. Having said that, maybe that's contributed to their recent success - could be at more of a sweet spot now after growing pretty large earlier in their history.
