BAM Bridger Program
Overall thoughts on BAM Bridger program post-banking? Would it make any sense to do rather than just going to a pod right away? Is there an argument that the structured training + “getting your pick” of pods during placement is more attractive than just going to a pod immediately?
i don't know anyone who's done it, but my opinion is nothing replaces experience. If you've done banking, go straight to the seat
I mean if you’re using this argument why go to school?
Bridger still gives you some experience id imagine
