Barclays HF group exits
Received my Barclays SA 2025 offer a few months ago. I was wondering what coverage groups place well when recruiting for HFs. I was hoping for a little color after the last year of Barclays exits and which groups retained talent.
What type of hedge fund?
Generally speaking, group matters less for hedge fund recruiting depending on the strategy.
im at an MM and I don’t think i have ever cared what group someone works in, you’re all just model monkeys when you start out anyway

Does this hold true for Natres? People I've spoken to say that it limits exit opportunities.
