Becoming a Quant: Undergrad

Hello everyone, I am currently a high schooler and looking to go into finance, specifically being a quant. I know I have ways to go but I believe the quant path could lead me the right direction. I decided to post this discussion because others were outdated by many years, so information may have changed since then. I was wondering what colleges I should be applying to, for my undergraduate, and what I should chronologically do throughout college, like classes, activities, anything and everything. Also, anything I can be doing right now to increase my chances of being selected. Thanks!
