I recommend it, more relevant to sell-side equity research. The book could be much shorter though.
It's really good! Has a lot that applies to the buy-side too, you could skip the parts that you already know about (or sell-side specific).
wouldn't read cover to cover. best parts are how to manage your time, how to pitch to PMs and foster internal relationships, and how to use the sell side.
