Biotech Investing Pipeline Valuation

I am new to biotech investing.

How does one normally value the pipeline of drugs for a company? The company's investor presentation gives you the drug candidates in the pipeline, but how do you know which of their candidates are more valuable? How do you begin to figure this out?
