I've found the Pharmagellan Guide to Biotech Forecasting & Valuation to be pretty helpful. Easy to understand and accessible so great for a beginning book.

Peter Kochinsky has a book out there aimed at biotech entrepreneurs but you'll probably find that helpful for understanding different business dynamics
