Bonus cycles at major HFs
Forgetting about wild claims about numbers, what are people's experiences at major pods, and major single managers with fiscal year (Jan-Dec?) and bonus payment (Dec / Jan / Feb / Mar) and what clawbacks are in place? Has this changed much in the last couple years?
I'm UK based. Does it vary between London and New York or similar worldwide?
