Breaking into HF?

Hi all,I'll keep this short and sweet. I have two years IB experience, one year at a boutique and one at an EB - does this qualify me for even an entry level role at a HF? Would an MBA be the difference?

If it even remotely does, how do I even come across these roles, they seem few and far between.

What are interviews like? What kind of information do I have to have prepared vs. a typical banking interview? Thanks!
