Breaking into Macro Hedge Fund out of Undergrad in UK
I an econ major at Oxbridge and have been doing published econ research since high-school. My academics are top-notch, and a global-macro funds is what appeals the most to me. I would like to get started in my dream profession right out of college, but I understand that macro funds usually only hire phds/masters. So I would like to know if can you break into a macro HF out of undergrad, and if not what would be the ideal starting job in order to eventually break into a macro HF.
