Because they operate retail mutual funds there's actually a ton of information about their holdings, strategies, and performance etc available online. Not sure what else you're looking for.

I have a friend that works there, it is a solid AM shop. Their big focus is on small cap - their small cap fund has done really well. Not sure how old you are but I think they usually like guys with a few years of experience.
KC has a pretty solid AM industry between AmCen, W&R, Scout, Buffalo, etc.
