I've seen compensation structures for analyst/senior analyst roles at HFs, but I haven't seen a breakdown of different analyst roles (research, financial, portfolio, fund accountant). Does anyone have any visibility into this?
Specifically, I am curious what the comp structure is for a data/business analyst role requiring 2-5 years experience at a NYC HF with ~4B AUM and 50 employees. I am a CFA Charterholder and soon-to-be FRM (added this due to potential marginal increases in pay).
