CAP internship vs CAP grad recruiting?
How much harder is recruiting for their grad program? are they only looking at people who did another mm internship? would they not be hiring from their internship cohort for most of the people? do they open the program and take in like one person? wondering if anyone has insight into the grad cycle recruiting for mm hedge funds
