Cinctive and Exodus Point Interview Process?

Just started interview process with both - upcoming first rounds with BD. Anyone have any additional info on these firms in terms of interview process or anything noteworthy about culture and teams (I know it is very PM dependent)? I have seen EP mentioned a few times but rarely Cinctive.
What is case study like for Cinctive - in person or take home?

More suggestions...

Hope that helps.
