CITADEL - Negotiation Help! (Credit & Risk)

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help me here. I completed the recruiting process with Citadel for a Sr. Analyst position in their portfolio construction group (Credit / Risk) for their physical commodities. I currently work at a large trading house in their credit / structuring group and I am quite happy but considering this opportunity.

This week I have a call schedule with Citadel's HR team to go over my "compensation expectations", but they already confirmed the job is mine if i accept it. What would be a reasonable but also good expectation when it comes to compensation? I am afraid I am going to either lowball myself or highball too much is unreasonable.

Does anyone have insights in the average compensations, pay structure, etc?

Thanks a ton!
