Career Resources
DK is a lower ceiling than most SMs and MMs, but a higher floor as well. Comp is more in-line to slightly better than Top/Tier 1.5 LOs.
Please stop with the tiers
It's a sleepier L/S fund but they have fair share of pod-style folks there. Think comp is in-line/slightly worse than MMs at the more junior levels but some of the more senior folks do a lot better than your avg. MM PM
Poster didn’t ask necessarily ab L/S seats so not sure if this is helpful.
Personally also curious for more touch points if folks have them.
