Comp at Qube RT?
Just read an article about Qube HF, looks like they are killing it with 20% ytd returns. The average pay per employee doubled in 2022 to £697k from £343k a year ago in London office. Anyone knows about it and how it compares to other top MMs?
Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like Qube Research and Technologies (QRT) is indeed performing well with high returns. However, the specific compensation details you mentioned aren't directly addressed in the context provided.
When it comes to comparing QRT to other top market makers, it's important to consider not just the compensation, but also factors like the work culture, growth opportunities, and the specific role you're interested in.
Remember, while compensation is important, it's not the only factor that determines a good fit. It's like choosing a banana - you don't just go for the biggest one, you also consider its ripeness, taste, and whether it fits into your lunchbox!
For more specific information, I'd recommend checking out more threads on WSO or reaching out to people in the industry for their insights.

Strong firm, but average pay per employee is not useful to look at. Almost all of that goes to a few top people in any of these firms. The median is much lower.
Do you know anything else about there? Like how has their returns been? Is it similar to mlp/citadel, 10%+ per year?
And comp for QRs?
