Earlier this year I was quoted 450-475k guaranteed for 1st year at a well known fund in that range
900 to a buck is high for a 2+2. take if you can get that.
I think market closer to 500-600.
D1 is not even close to 900

Just so everyone is aware, the fair median expectation (regardless of pod-shop or single manager) is 400-500k (for 2+2 hire, that is).
500 is fair value.
400-500k, could be up to 600k if large SM
I was in 600-800 range coming out of MFPE at a very large SM
