For those of you who work professionally at a hedge fund, if someone was willing to work on a consulting basis for your fund as an analyst and get no fixed pay (ie no salary or bonus) but wanted to have upside to the performance of the positions in the portfolio that they sponsor, what % of the potential gain in the position would you be willing to pay them?
