Currently at a firm where management wants collaboration (cough cough) and puts everyone on one big floor. So within my strategy, I'm sitting next to 5 other pods that run essentially the same strategy as my pod. Thus, communicating only on teams has been extremely frustrating/inefficient due to other pods listening in.
Does anyone have tips on navigating this situation? How do other firms deal with this?
