I was wondering if anyone has some color on this and an idea of how it compares to the big 4 in terms of culture, comp, sector, organization etc.

Credit team is very strong but also not sure how much process/people will carry over, definitely going to be different
contrary to the quant roots, their l/s team is very strong. credit team very mediocre. not really pod structure. very big books because of that.
