Hey guys -
I have a second round interview coming up for DE Shaw's L/S group. I have been told it will be about 4 hours and will include several interviews with employees in the various groups within their L/S fund.
Has anyone been through the process who hasn't posted in the previous forums? If so, could you please provide any insight on the process, what to expect, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
