Even though they denied it, I think it had everything to do with fear of Michalow poaching their PMs (the timing was a little bit more than coincidental IMO).
It doesn't say its a life-time noncompete though

Not much. The Hyderabad office has pretty low standards and they don't even hire from top colleges in India.
