I threw my resume in for fun with zero expectations but ended up getting a R1 30-min interview for this program. I am I college senior, zero prior traditional finance experience. What do I expect? How do I prepare? There is very little information on this program or recruiting for this firm in general, and the information from them is extremely opaque. What does the program even entail, what do they look for, and how competitive is the funnel?
