50bn AUM? Can't be even close to this. The only people I know there got fired from other shops and aren't elite. I would take the under at 5bn, maybe even 3bn

I'm not clicking the link but I would guess it is regulatory assets - probably includes equities as well. That is the levered gross assets - a less than meaningless number.
You are no where close to ready for a HF job if you didn't know that though - spend some more time on sell side before moving over.
As of April 2022 - P72 has $24bn AUM. Where are you hearing $50bn fam bc they do NOT work at P72
