Very tough one.

1. Does schonfeld convert?

2. Are you in penultimate or final year?

If you're sure hedge fund is what you want to do, I'd probably do schonfeld. Even if you're not sure but you have a decent capacity for risk (which you should do as a trader) and you're a penultimate, I'd do schonfeld. Why? Because you can always do S&T next year if you end up not liking schonfeld. Many banks take final years for their S&T cohorts. Citi is one of them (although you might burn that bridge) but JPM, MS, BAML (I think), GS, Barclays, UBS, all take final years. It kinda sucks the offer had to be from Citi since Citi has an amazing FICC franchise though.
