Hard to know, even if capital outflow is happening it could be tied to a thousand different things. I think if turnover is high, followed by important figures leaving in droves (similar to Eisler), PLUS capital outflow is persistent (and who could forget the biggest indicator of a fund closing down: performance) then those are usually signs of a shop in the middle of being closed in the near future.
Did Eisler have longer term (3-5yr) locked up money like tier 1 multis or quarterly?
