I've seen that this has happened looking through LinkedIn, and some Elite SM's do so more than others (Viking, Coatue, Maverick?).
Are there some other names that also take directly from Banking instead of from large cap PE?
Thinking mostly of Tiger Cubs / Top Activist funds. I understand in the earlier stages of these funds the jump from banking directly was more common than now.
