ER to Buy-side: Energy vs Tech

Three offers in hand - one of which I'm not interested in.

Context is ER -> H/S/W -> failed attempts at buy-side recruiting (simply no funnel given my lack of buy-side experience outside of internships) -> these ER offers.

The energy one is Midstream/MLPs on a top 3 II-ranked team. The tech one is Semis, semi-manufacturers, and ancillary tech hardware.

The goal is to use these as a launchpad back to buy-side recruiting. Thoughts on the best possible route/move?
