Experience with recruitment through headhunters? What other funds should I shoot for?

I'm about to start the interview process with multiple hedge funds. All of my recruitment, except for Akuna, came from 3rd party headhunters. There's a great deal of overlap with the companies they're recruiting, and I believe this is the set that they've mentioned to me:

Two Sigma DE Shaw DE Shaw Research (not a hedge fund) Hudson River Trading Jump Trading Vatic Labs Voleon Virtu Financial Citadel Headlands Teza Technologies TGS Management Quantlab SIQ Ginkgo Cubist PDT Partners

What other funds are missing from this list that I should shoot for? Jane Street and RenTech are two that I think of, but none of these recruiters represent Jane Street and RenTech -- anyone know why?

Has anyone worked with a headhunter before? Was it a positive experience? I'm primarily working with Options Group, and they've been really good so far. I may also work with Selby Jennings and a few others, but it seems Options Group already has most of these companies covered.
