faang engineer to HFT - should I do MS at Ivy ?

I have 2 yoe, worked/interned at 3 different faang companies. I did a BS Gpa is 3.55. should I do a MS degree at an ivy league to get a SWE job at top HF?

One time at five rings they asked for my transcript via email after a recruiter call and rejected me right after.

My BS school is "top 20" in Computer science, and some kids get in hrt, Jane st, jump as engineers but have 4.0 gpa or close to it  is what I always notice

I did have an offer from two sigma that I turned down. Some other interviews I got were renaissance, citadel, 5 rings, hrt, handful of others. But usually never got past recruiter call or onsite. Bad gpa and unprestigious college is a blocker, right ?
