Assuming you mean A/R financing, pretty much every commercial bank and non-bank lenders like GE and CIT do it for large-cap and mid-market companies. I've never heard of a "fund" that factors directly though I've heard of structured credit funds investing in receivables securitizations arranged by banks. There are lots of fly-by-night companies that specialize in A/R factoring for smaller companies as well.
