Final-round interview with CIO, and founder

Hey all,

I've already had multiple interviews with PMs and Analysts, answering everything from a mock case analysis, what stocks I would buy, what stocks I would sell, accounting, etc.

Just wondering how the next round with CIO/founder might be different...would they ask the same type of technical questions or total curveballs? (never had a interview with CIO before).
Also, if they ask me for long/short recommendations again, is it alright to use the picks I mentioned in previous rounds or should I only mention new picks?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

usually my interviews with the CIO were actually the easiest...you probably passed all the tests and CIO is just looking to see if you are a normal guy. And yes, it's perfectly fine to mention old picks. If you can't use it then a lot guys on CNBC would lose their jobs.
