Folder or resource with Sector Primers from sell side

Looking for sector or industry primers that were ideally written within the last few years. I think I saw a dropbox link at one point on a forum that had a lot of primers.

If anyone has a Real Estate, Finance or Banking primer they are able to share that'd be very helpful.

Thanks.
