Fund Investment Considerations

Hey guys, I'm at a MM and am offered the opportunity to invest in the fund on a reduced fee basis. Performance has been strong but my concern is that by investing in over indexing myself to the firm. However, it's something they encourage, and I'm sure it looks good.

Curious if anyone has an thoughts on this and what the norm is at most funds.
