Got the job, now what - Top hedge fund

Hey guys, I posted a discussion a while ago about trying to get in a top HF for the summer. As a rising junior, I thought it would be tough, and it was, but fortunately I got in. I want to work hard and really impress these guys so that they invite me back next summer. Any advice on how I should go about doing that, besides the usual "work hard", "ask questions", etc. Thanks
