Hey mate, appreciate the AMA, I learn a lot from these.

I'll get the ball rolling.

Firstly. What made you go on the credit aspect of the buy side?

Secondly, What was your pathway into the HF world and did you come from a target university?

Thirdly, you mentioned your fund is a Macro fund, Where are most of your positions located (geographically)?

Finally how many hours a week do you work?

Thanks for offering your insights. If you don't mind, could you give a brief professional background to set some context?

I have two questions to start with: 1. What do you think about credit research compared to the trading side? 2. I'll be summering at a credit hedge fund that focuses on corporate credit and CLOs. What do you think about starting out at a hedge fund rather than having some foundation at a bank? I think i'll get a great learning experience, but was just wondering if I would be missing out on anything.
