I was just wondering what salaries are like for people in the UK at Hedge Funds at each level as I cant seem to find any sources and I dont know if it would just be the same as US but converted

Base salaries for entry level analysts is £80k-£120k depending on the fund, with a very wide bonus range which is determined by your PM (source: friends and reputable recruiters)
Any chance you'd expand on the most reputable HF recruiters in London?
I speak from own experience here so small sample size but I think it’s more about the specific individuals within recruiting firms rather than the firm itself. I dealt with some good recruiters from dartmouth, octavius and options group. Equally I also met some incompetent/lazy people from there so don’t rely on just brand name
