Hedge Fund Compensation after IB
Just wanted to check in and ask what the market rate for a 1st Analyst at a hedge fund would be. Approximately ~$1 - $2bn long short fund and after 1.5 years in banking. Obviously there will be a base and a bonus, but what do people usually make all in?
