Is it fair to assume that most hedge funds feel like a library, or is that a mischaracterization / only applies to a minority? I'm looking to explore opportunities in the space but like to be in a fraternal environment that is somewhat social or at least interactive (still with a work hard mentality of course).
Most of the people I know who work at hedge funds are on the more introverted side, but I don't know if that can be generalized for the majority or not.
