Hedge Fund Documents
I am planning on starting a new fund sometime in 2019. The seed capital will be minimal, but I have access to very meaningful sources of capital (friends, associates, etc.) after I start the fund (probably 6-12 months after). This will be a L/S Tech fund, an area that I have been very successful as a research analyst, and highly respected by aforementioned potential investors. I need to get started with minimal cost. I recognize there is a myriad of documents that need to be filed, each of which is tailored to a specific adviser and his/her particular fund and offering. But I am asking to see if there is a source to find a few such documentation, and or if anyone has done self-filing to start a hedge fund. Any help is highly appreciated.
P.S. After passing my Series 65, it took me months to complete the application process, but I have a NY-based LLC that is now registered as an RIA in NY as well.
