Based on your experience, what kind of commission structure can one get for an external sales role at a small hedge fund company? I'm getting the final offer this afternoon, I want to make sure it's in line with the industry average.
I'm located in Canada, so let me know if it's the same for you, or if you are in the U.S. (obviously I imagine salaries in the U.S. would be substantially higher than in Canada).
