Does anyone have details on HF IR jobs?
They're rarely spoken about on this forum in much detail (except that women fair better than men most often). I imagine there's a reason for that.
I'm interested in what comp is like, what progression is like and what the normal routes in are. Also if it's true that you get pigeonholed fast.
If anyone has any other opinions on the position, also happy to hear them.
