I recently interviewed for an operations analyst job at a hedge fund (1.2AUM) and in the 2nd round got the "what are you looking for in terms of compensation"
I gave them a standard answer about, how i was looking more for the right fit and since it would be my first job i was worried about the environment and ability to learn new things more than pay.
But what is the market pay for such a position for a recent grad
