I’m a current 1st year analyst at a lower tier BB in a coverage group and wanted to know how hedge fund recruiting works in London.
Who are the key HH’s and when should I start applying for hedge fund roles. Also, also would it be easier to break into the buy-side by going through PE (even though PE has less seats in Europe compared to America) before transitioning into a HF role?
