Hi boys,
I've been recently reached out by a HF fund for a sales / biz dev position. Coming from an asset management firm, comp is not too bad, I'm a bit reluctant to stagnate in a IR basic role, but they promised there might be growing client exposure overtime.
What are your thoughts on the career progression for this kind of role / compensation?
That would be a first step in the HF industry.
