I'm interested. What kind of a fund are we looking at? Long/Short, CTA? Do you have an audited track record? Have you worked for a fund before? And do we have any investor interest? I very well know how to setup the structure and stuff from the start.
If you have alpha and investors, everything else is easy and you don't need a partner. I suspect you lack one of the former. It will be tough to sell someone with alpha and capital that they need a partner.
Lack of investors. I suck at bringing them in and I am aware of that. Even if i had a 100% return. Partner should compensate for that.
