Is HF possible with MBB+ MF PE background or it's only BB-IB + MF PE? Especially Activist funds types?

I am from India & had a MBB (now transitioning to MF PE shop in Mumbai), thinking of doing MBA (H/W) post 2-3 years. Is Investment Banking more valuable than MBB Consulting?
