Help negotiating salary

I'm negotiating my salary in a few weeks and would greatly appreciate any advice.

Brief background - I'm a few years removed from a (very) non-target school. I'm the sole analyst at a small L/S value fund (~$200m AUM). I came in as a junior analyst a year ago and six months after I started, one of the PMs left and I absorbed more responsibility - I went from assisting in the research process to independently researching and pitching ideas (3/25 positions in our fund are my ideas) and became responsible for maintaining half the names in our portfolio.

I am in a position of strength - my boss and I share a very healthy relationship, mainly as a function of the quality of my work. The pitch I plan to use is I came in as a junior analyst and I'm currently paid as one (~$100k base+bonus). Now, I'm doing the work of a senior analyst and I would like a salary+comp+title to reflect that...

This is my first time negotiating a raise so I'm admittedly very naive. What advice would you give to someone in my position?
